Fascias and soffits frame the whole house, so tired or green-stained boards make everything look older than it is.
Timber boards are rubbed down, primed where needed and painted. uPVC boards are washed and cleaned back to white. Gutters and drainpipes can be painted at the same time.
It’s often done alongside exterior painting, so the whole front of the house is finished together.
